The Fine Print

All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the definitions set forth in the Terms of Service.

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern Your participation in the Volusion Referral Program (the "Program").

You may refer friends to Volusion through the Program by clicking on the “Refer a Friend” button in the Admin section of Your Volusion store and following the instructions.

Your friends will receive an offer for a fourteen (14) day free trial to Volusion’s ecommerce platform ("Referral Offer"). Only new and returning Volusion customers that have not been customers in the past twelve (12) months are eligible to redeem the Referral Offer. Once Your friend subscribes to Volusion for at least 3 monthly billing cycles, You will be eligible to receive a Fifty Dollar ($50) PayPal credit (the “Reward”). Once You become eligible for the Reward, We will deliver it to You within 15 days.

By participating in the Program, You will submit personal information about Yourself and Your friends, such as names and e-mail addresses, which may be shared with Our third party Program administrator, FriendBuy. All information collected, stored and/or shared through the Program shall be subject to Our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, You agree to the collection and use of Your personal information by Us and acknowledge that You have read and accepted Our Privacy Policy.

You may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations. You must be eighteen (18) years or older and a resident of a state in the United States, including D.C., in order to participate in the Program.

In addition to the restrictions You agreed to in Our Terms of Service, You agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Program, and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Program invitations and accrued, but not yet received, Rewards:

• Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of Your Program invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Program or these Terms & Conditions.
• Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to Your Invitee beyond the Program invitation, or otherwise using Your Program invitations or Rewards for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate and disqualify You at any time from participating in the Program if You do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

You may be required to complete a W-9 tax form and furnish Your Social Security Number, and may be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the total value of the Rewards You have earned, if You earn Rewards worth six hundred dollars ($600) or more in a calendar year.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. We will not be liable to You in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Program. We reserve the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
